Health and Safety

In accordance with current local and federal guidelines, we have established the following protocols.

Vehicle capacity limits.
Shared shuttles will be limited to eighty-percent capacity. Private vehicles will be limited to same households. This will allow for social distancing in the vans. You will not have to sit next to someone not in your household.

Masks are recommended but no longer required for passengers and drivers.
In order to protect each other, masks are encouraged. We will provide you with a mask if you do not have one.

Temperature checks are available at the airport if requested.
Please do not come if you are sick. To protect the local community and other skiers, you will not be allowed on the shuttle if you have a fever. Our employees will be screened daily.

We recommend guests handle their own bags.
The driver will wear gloves and will help you if you need assistance.

Hand sanitizer will be available.
To help prevent the spread of germs, please accept the use of hand sanitizer before entering the vehicle.

Driver will disinfect vehicle between transfers.
All contact surfaces will be cleaned with disinfectant wipes.
In addition, each interior will be disinfected daily with an electrostatic sprayer.

Driver barriers are installed.
We are using polycarbonate barriers between the driver and passengers.

Prepayment for services is required.
To limit contact, please make payment in advance by booking on-line or calling 801-274-0225. Please also consider including driver gratuity with your payment.

Accountability
Alta Shuttle does not outsource drivers or vehicles. We own our vehicles and our drivers are employees. We are solely responsible for implementation of protocols.
